Well... I had decided to not continue the rescue ranch web site because we were going to move to Florida & wouldn't be doing animal rescue in the same way there. But now we are NOT moving... had to decide if I could justify spending money on the domains & on the web hosting. I couldn't, not with a clear conscience because we are spending monies on the site & not getting many calls from people that had seen our web site. So..... *geez this is just rambling jibberish* I have decided to make a another web site but on Webs dot com... they allow you to have a very basic FREE site. I started working on that last night and actually got pretty much done for just starting it, and it is also very up to date compared to the old site. I've still got things to do on there & will work a little every day on it but I think since my Chihuahua web site is also there that I will be able to keep them both up to date easier. At least that is my plan and I'm sticking to it! =)

It feels like it has been forever since he was born & we've watched him grow into a very handsome puppy. I can't wait for him to join our family & see his personality come out once he has settled in & gotten familiar with the other furbabies here.

How's the New Year Going...
OK... things are chugging along. So far so good on the home front. The snow drifts are still here, it hasn't warmed up enough for those to go away although we may be up to 50*F on Friday so it will be muddy muddy muddy around here! School started back up for our daughter today. Unfortunately she broke a back molar today chewing gum?!? I see a dental appt in her near future, which is doable now because hubby has dental insurance YAY!!! It is odd, but hubby pointed it out that ...every time he gets dental insurance our daughter has something happen with her teeth??? She is due for a cleaning so we'll get her in for that & a regular check up. Our son goes back to Job Corp this week... it is bitter sweet because he will be away. But also good for him to out in the world.
Changed the color of the print from white to black. A friend, Mel, let me know it was hard to read. I had thought it was just because my eyes were tired when I changed everything but nope... it was hard to see. Let me know if there is anything else.

New look for the New Year!
OK... I decided to freshen up my blog for the NEW YEAR! What do you think? I wanted something with Appaloosas but unfortunately I couldn't find one that specific but I did like this horse one the best out of the selections. I will see how it "fits" for a couple weeks. May be later I'll get creative & learn how to make one up myself with our Appys... we'll see. ☺
Nothing special planned for New Years, staying home where it is warm & safe. We've got LOTS of snow drifts out there thanks to the arctic blast that was here yesterday. Thank goodness it was gone by this morning. Wonder how long the snow will be here? Is it Spring yet?!?
